Apostle Tomi Arayomi, the founder of Restoring Isaachers Generation (RIG), has announced that his assistant has been freed.
Remember that the Department for State Services, DSS, detained Pastor Tomi, his wife, and their aid on Friday.
They were detained for reportedly being on the DSS watchlist because of a sermon the priest gave in public.
Although Tomi and his wife had previously been freed and were no longer in the country, his aide was still in the DSS’s care.
Tomi, however, said in a tweet on Monday that his assistant is secure and that he is dedicated to helping Nigeria.
Pastor Tomi said, “We were talking on the phone together for almost an hour without realizing we were staying at the same hotel,” alongside a photo of himself and his wife, gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan.
Let me just say for the record that everyone is safe, including my assistant, and our dedication to serving Nigeria is stronger than ever.
