Some armed men who are suspected to be kidnappers have attacked a church in Benue State.
They attacked the Christian Pentecostal Church in Akenawe -Tswarev community, Logo Local Government Area of Benue, killing one worshipper while the resident pastor and three others were whisked away.
DAILY POST gathered that the attack was carried out by the assailants during a vigil on Sunday morning.

Chairman of Logo LGA, Mrs Salome Tor confirmed the ugly incident to journalists on Sunday.
According to him, “It was early this morning (still night hours). A church in one of the branches went for a vigil. As they were praying, they were surrounded by the armed men.
“They kidnapped three people, killed one boy and injured two people with a machete; they are now in the hospital”.
